Shipping Policy

Glacier Chocolate takes pride in the quality of our pure, high-quality, artisan chocolate. In order to assure that

your chocolates reach their destination safely, we have created the following shipping policy:

Summer Shipping Policy (May to September)

From May through the end of September, our warm weather shipping policy is applied in order to guarantee that our temperature sensitive items arrive at your door in the best condition possible. This policy will automatically apply a $5 service fee at checkout.

Order Processing

We only ship on Monday - Wednesday. Online orders can take 2-3 days to process. During our peak holiday seasons orders could take longer to process.

  • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order was placed. Please check your spam if you haven’t received confirmation.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If you have any questions regarding an existing order, our fulfillment center operates Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Please call our customer fulfillment center during those hours with any questions. 918-938-6368

Return Policy

  • Glacier Chocolate cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (including heat) that may occur during shipping.
  • We carefully pack our shipments to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our fulfillment center, any damage that may occur is out of our hands.
  • We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
