Orders are processed within 2–3 days and ship Monday through Wednesday to maintain quality during transit. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation via email (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

For the most elevated experience, allow your chocolates to come to room temperature before enjoying. This allows the flavors and textures of the ganache to fully develop, creating a richer, more indulgent tasting experience.

To fully enjoy the flavor and texture of our signature truffles, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place at room temperature, where they will maintain peak quality for approximately 6–8 weeks. For extended storage, unopened chocolates may be frozen for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, defrost them in the refrigerator then return to room temperature and consume within 6 weeks for the best experience.

Our caramels have a longer shelf life and can be enjoyed for up to 6 months, while solid chocolate can be stored for up to 1 year when kept in proper conditions.

Our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy and gluten. While we take care in our process, we recommend reviewing product details or reaching out to our team if you have specific allergy concerns.

Couverture chocolate contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter, giving it a smoother texture, richer flavor and a more refined finish. It’s the gold standard for artisan chocolatiers and allows us to create the glossy appearance and delicate snap you expect from fine chocolate.

Yes. If you’re local, you can place an order directly with one of our retail locations for pickup. Please note that online orders are fulfilled through our production facility and cannot be redirected for in-store pickup once placed.
